Corporate Belief System and Values
We believe that the employees and customers are the greatest asset to any corporation. This belief system manifests itself in significant results such as:
- Average time of employees with our company: 20+ years
- Average life span of customer with our company: 20+ years
We also strongly believe in community service and involvement. Under the leadership of our President and CEO, Joe Yust, we are increasing our involvement in volunteer opportunities around Racine-Kenosha and Milwaukee-Chicago area. We understand that in today's market it is difficult to find jobs for fresh graduates. We do provide volunteer opportunities for Highschool and other College Graduates.
We strongly believe in open and transparent communication. Our President is reachable to anyone through his direct email: email@example.com.
We would earn a double digit growth in top and bottom line numbers old fashion way: by valuing and respecting our employees and customers and by continually exceeding expectations of our customers.
Joeseph G Yust founded this company in 1974. In the beginning Joe worked a full time job during the days and worked at the company during the nights with one turning machine in a rented space. In 1976, his son Kurt joined him as the first full time employee working days. With the efforts of the father and the son team, the company continued to grow so they added the milling, drilling & tapping machines. By 1977, the company moved to a larger rented facility and then purchased its own building in the heart of Racine, WI in 1981.

The company continued to grow rapidly and by the early 1990s it was clear that the company needed more real estate to grow. Therefore, the company built a 10,000 sq. ft. building on a 1.75 acre lot in the industrial area of Racine in 1992. This new and modern building has allowed for continued growth both in customers and new CNC machines.
This sustained growth has been the result of continued commitment to the quality, cost, delivery times and valuing employees.
