Our core competence is VMC and CNC turning machining. Our ability to produce parts in production runs as well as small lot sizes including prototypes, and our educational programs available to our existing and potential customers are our points of differentiation. The two most popular training programs are: How to reduce your machining cost and How to develop your own brand products.

Learn about our Quality Control.

Because we continually invest in machines, tools, and training we keep our costs competitive while producing high quality tight tolerances precision machined parts with desirable surface finish.

Our emphasis on planning helps us to maintain our promised lead-times and avoids the possibility of scrap. Our planning begins at the quoting process. As part of the quoting process, we complete BOM (Bill of Material) and routing.

Almost all of our machines are CNC operated which allows us to machine parts with tight tolerances and high repeatability. The automation allows us to keep our cost down, which we pass on to the customers to gain their long term loyalty and trust.

We have logically structured our facility to dedicate some machines for long-run jobs, while keeping other machines available for customized, prototypes, or short-run jobs. This provides the flexibility to serve customers that require production oriented long-runs, short runs, customized, or prototype products. This structure also allows us to machine parts in less than normal delivery time. Depending on the complexity of the parts, we can turn around parts within the same day for an expedited requirement.

We have several advanced quality assurance and measurement machines and tools such as CMM, optical comparators, bore gaging, hardness tester, miscellaneous thread gaging, surface finish tester, etc.

Our flexibility allows us to serve a wide variety of industries. For a partial list of industries, see below.

We are experienced in machining a wide variety of materials including metals, bar stock, castings, plastics, etc. For a partial list of materials that we machine, see below.

We have experienced senior operators who supervise, set up and operate. These operators have an average experience of more than 20 years. This long relationship shows that we treat our employees, customers and communities with respect and we believe in long-term relationships.
